I find your inflation analysis absolutely conclusive. It is however based on a commodity price index, which is currently pointing downwards. I would like to know your assessment of the so called truflation price index (truflation___com/marketplace/us-inflation-rate).
It was decreasing to an inflation rate of 1.1% in the middle of September. Since then it is however strictly increasing to an inflation rate of currently 2.6%. This increase went hand in hand with the increase interest rates of the longer term bonds. Is this likely to be a random effect or do you think that the concept of “truflation” is questionable?
I have really no idea, what to think about it, and would therefore very much appreciate your assessment.
